Make desktop shortcut optional

It's annoying that every single patch Adobe sends out for Reader recreates the pointless Acrobat Reader desktop shortcut, which I then have to delete again. Please make recreation of the desktop shortcut (*AND* Start Menu items) optional! Virtually every other installation program in the world gives you this option, but Adobe always recreates them whether you like it or not. *grumble*
