Adobe-Japan2-0 CMap resources added

In order to minimize confusion, and to ensure that all CMap resources for all public character collections are included, the CMap resources for the now-deprecated Adobe-Japan2-0 character collection were added to this project on 09/22/2009. The Adobe-Japan1-6 character made the Adobe-Japan2-0 character collection obselete. Also included with the Adobe-Japan2-0 CMap resource are two tab-delimited mapping tables that allow developers to map Adobe-Japan2-0 CIDs to their corresponding Adobe-Japan1-6 CIDs.
