Beta 2 & code colours on OSX

I've just installed Beta 2 and the highlight colour is a dark blue. This makes highlighted text a real challenge to read as some of the code colouring uses the same colour. I've looked through the colour options under preference but this seems broken. There seem to be different columns for changing the formatting but they're all squashed together so I can't see what they're supposed to do.
I've tried this on a clean install of Eclipse so I don't think anything else is interfering. (This problem apart, Beta 2 seems much faster at almost everything).
I'm running Eclipse 3.5 64-bit on OSX 10.6.1. Does anyone else see this on other platform/version combinations?
