How much is Shibuya's (Adobe Air Marketplace Paying service) transaction fee?

I am trying to figure out how much does it cost developers to accept payment when using the new Shibuya payment system.  I can only find FAQ for buyers but not for sellers.

    Also, could Shibuya be used for copy protection and sales for WindowSWF Flash extensions?
