"Pre-Roll" question, please ..

Oct 27, 2009 7:03 AM

Hello,

I recall having read that a pre-roll can be generated in Premiere Elements, such as a copyright message.

This "pre-roll" message can be displayed prior to the Main Menu's appearance.

In my projects, I have been using Sony DVD Architect in order to create my Main Menu.

Would anyone know if it's possible to create a pre-roll using DVD Architect to create the Main Menu?

Thanks!

Looks like you have the exact terms for DVD Architect. Just in case you happen to need to do a Search in other authoring software, two common terms for this material are: "Play First," and it's often referred to as "Copyright Notice," as that is a very common usage.

Glad that Steve had the exact term for you, as I would have directed you to "Play First," as that is the common term for Adobe Encore, another authoring program. That would not likely have helped you in DVD Architect.

    Good luck,
