elementsautoanalyzer.exe running all the time, how can I disable it ?

Hi.

 

I have installed PRE 8 and so far so good. Only a couple of hiccupps but elementsautoanalyzer.exe appears to run all the time. It is consuming most of my system resourses.

 

Anyone know how do disable it or make it only run when PRE 8 is running ?
