Canopus Xplode on premiere cs4

Is there any way to use Canopus Xplode 4.04 in Premiere pro CS4?

 

Whenever I am trying to use the custom effect form xplode in cs4, cs4 crashes. Is there any way to use the Xplode plug-in in cs4?
