Hi. I'm using Word 2003, SP2 and RoboHelp for Word x5.01, build 606 to edit a previous winhelp project, and when I try to save the document I get a RoboHelp dialog box advising, "The product is not installed correctly. The RoboHelp RTF converter cannot be found." I can't seem to find any info on this. Any ideas (as Word will not let me save my changes).

Also, I got Word error 1057 (outta nowhere), but was able to circumvent with this knowledgebase article.

Hi - I know this is an old post, but I am getting the same exact error. Do you recall how you were able to fix this?

you're right...it is an old post, and i've switched to a different help authoring system
i believe i had it "resolved" by having an older version of word installed (alongside word 2003). before i initiated robohelp, i would open that older version of word (just to have it cached), then close it, and open robohelp. that was the only solution that worked for me.

I know this post is old but I just caught by it and was assisted by Adobe in finding a solution.

I looked in the registry for the key shown and found it was missing. I created it by copying the details from a working machine and it all seems to be working OK.

I have also attached the image so that you can download it and read the details more easily.
