Time remapping has a keyframe when I bring new clip into timeline:

Hello,

 

I am using PPCS4. I noticed that any new clip that I bring into the timeline has a keyframe time remapping at 100%. Is this normal?

 

I would like there to be no time remapping keyframe by default and it still stays at 100%. The reason is because I am using Mercalli steady plugin and it won't work if time remapping has a keyframe on it. So I always have to clear it out first beforeI can use the plugin. Kinda annoying.
