Premiere Pro CS4 crashes on exit

Every time I exit the program it crashes. Any ideas how I can fix this?

Windows 7 64-bit

Nvidia Quadro FX 1800

Intel Core i7 920

12GB Corsair XMS3 RAM

Hitachi Deskstar Boot Drive

What does it show EVERY time on exit?

As per Harm's question to the OP, what exactly happens? Do you get any error messages, either PrPro, or OS?

If you are on Windows, what does Event Viewer show, at the time of the crash?
