Adobe Community: Just what has happened to the approval process?

And we're still stuck on 'Approval Pending' a week later.

I honestly don't know what to do with this company. I've tried ringing their support line - once cut off when the operative couldn't figure out what I was talking about and once told to 'just send feedback'. I've sent the feedback (nothing beyond an automated 'we care about your feedback' reply). I've posted here - but obviously no-one from Adobe watches this or cares because they've had a spam post advertising Gucci bags up for a week, and I've emailed the official contact for the marketplace on several occasions with no response.

There appears to be no way to contact anyone at Adobe who knows about the marketplace or who even cares.

Still stuck on 'Approval Pending' with another week passed. No replies from feedback forms sent, phones calls or anything.

Basically Adobe must be the worst company I've ever come across for managing their own website boards. I see we've yet another spam in here - doesn't anyone from Adobe give a toss about their company reputation?

And yes, another two weeks go by, several more emails and phone calls, and Adobe never acknowledges anything, replies to anything, or does anything.

Like you, I (ProDigital Software) am stuck in "Pending Approval" status. I have some great products I'd like to get listed.

I have tried writing to Adobe via a number of portals, but no response so far. I've sent off another round today.

Adobe, please pick up the ball on this.

Finally my company was approved a few minutes ago. That's taken two months instead of three days, but better late than never.

I am presently in the same situation, i submited 4 product which have all been approve but nothing as of yet for my account and i am not sure what i need to do next? I'm glad i saw this post at least. The company is Supporting Computers Inc (SCI).

I'm also in the same boat all of you are in. I haven't yet sent a message to Adobe yet but decided to search the forums and then I found this thread. I've been waiting for publisher approval for three weeks now and it looks like many of you have been waiting longer than that. I'm waiting to submit anything until I'm approved as a publisher.

If any of you receive a reply from Adobe explaining what's happening or get approved please post back to this thread.

I hope Adobe does something about this soon.

I thought it was resolved, but it seems that I've been waiting for a while now too. Anybody has updates about current situation?

Maybe I did something wrong, but there is no anything written as possible problem or something like that.

I've also been waiting months for approval. It seems the marketplace is dead.
