I would like to see a pause button available during the rendering process

This feature is available with the Adobe Media Encoder but it would be very useful inside of Encore as well. It would also be useful for cases of unexpected interruptions duing rendering if Encore were smart enough to pick up where it left off. I don't think either of these scenarios are programmatically impossible to address.
