Grace window for upgrading?

Does anybody know if there will be a "purchase grace period" for those who have purchased FB3 fairly recently (past 30-60 days)?

 

Edit:

I found this page, stating they do have a "post-announce upgrade policy", but they do not state what the window is, anybody have any experience with this?
