FB4 thinks I don't have admin privilege

I've used Beta 2 for several months. We use the subclipse plugin for our source repository access. I had no problem setting it up with Help/Install New Software... But with FB4 (evaluation), making that menu choce produces a dialog box saying:
To install or update plugins, you must quit Flash Builder and run with administrator privileges.
Only thing is: I already have administrator privileges. Platform is Windows 7 Professional.
Has anyone else seen this and found a way to work around it?
Thanks,
Rich
Try launching Flash Builder with the context menu option "Run As Administrator".

Thank-you Jason. That helped. However, in the available software dialog, the list of sites is empty. Subclipse has some dependencies on software from other sites that is not installed by default, and I don't remember what they are.
So I downloaded Eclipse proper, and am using the FB4 plug-in with it. This allowed me to set up Subclipse (and didn't require administrator privilege as well).
Thanks,
Rich
I just posted some simple instructions on my blog that were testined on Flash Builder Standalone http://blogs.adobe.com/jasonsj/2010/03/installing_subclipse_in_flash_b uilder_4.html.

I currently receive the same issue but on OSX 10.5. I am an admin yet FB4 Standalone still thinks that I am not. Does anyone know of a workaround?
Which issue? No update sites or unable to install plug-ins? FB standalone doesn't ship with an update site by default. You have to manually add sites as needed.

Hi Jason,
On OSX 10.5 I am logged in as an Admin. When I launch FB4 Standalone and click the "Install New Software" button I am presented with the notification that I need Adminstrative priviledges in order to install plugins. Funny thing is I am logging into OSX with my admin account.
