How do you produce a good quality DVD for standard player use from the mpeg4 files produced in the lightroom slideshow module.
I am either getting error messages or something of such poor quality its unusable. My client would love to have something to use on a kiosk display which is looped and looks good. So far no luck. I've tried not only bringing it directly into idvd, but also into imovie and outputting a mov file, which looks not to bad, but when it goes through idvd, it turns to dodo. This needs to be addressed in the final version of lightroom 3.
I never mentioned encore. What I'm trying to get at is haveing light room produce a file in its slideshow module which will burn for use on a standard player which could be mpeg 2. If there is a way to convert the current output of mpeg 4 to something that would burn for use in a standard player with good quality, I would love to know what that process is.
