Hey guys,
I'm new to SCORM, but luckily Captivate has made it pretty easy for me to do. I have my manifest file made and I've uploaded it to my LMS. However, I must be missing something in my Manifest file because the course won't send to the student's transcript on the last slide--it reads that it is still in progress.
This could be an issue within the LMS, but I have a feeling that its something I need to do within Captivate.
Any ideas or where I can go for the answer?
Thanks,
Kristen
Hello,
From your last posting, do I understand that nothing is scored: no Question slides, no interactive objects like click boxes? On our LMS to be able to load up a SCORM, I need at least one scored 'thing', that could be simply a click box.
But I see that you are marking 'Quiz Results only', think in this case it would be better to choose 'slide views only' (you speak about User Access, but in the snapshot it is not activated) and leave the setting at 100% for Slide view completion. Are those the settings you choose?

Right now I have "Quiz Results Only" selected. But you are right, I don't have anything set up to be scored, so that's probably why its not
reporting. I'm not sure if our LMS requires something to be scored. Do you know what I need to do to set up scoring on one click box to
try that out?
I think I will try marking it as "Slide Results Only" and see if that works.
Hello,
To have something scored, you can choose p.e. a click box, a button or a Text Entry Box. In the properties of the object, go to the Tab 'Reporting' and just activate 'Include in Quiz'. Another place where you can have a total view of all scored objects and questions is Advanced Interaction that you can open with F9 or using the menu Project. Here you can also choose something to be scored in the columns 'Add to Total' and 'Report'.

Hello,
Now I'm just guessing, because I only use SCORM-objects on the LMS when I really want a score (assessment and or Quiz in CP), in all other cases I load up a package (= zipped and LMS unzips it and starts the HTML-file). It reports complete, that is what you wanted? If it says 50% could it perhaps be due to the fact that you are not seeing all slides totally, I mean for all of its timeline? This can happen if you have a button or a click box, where the success action is a jump to next slide. Part of the timeline of that slide will then not be 'seen'. If this is really a problem, try it out with a small CP, where you are sure that every slide is seen totally to check if you get a 100% score then? I'm not sure at all ![]()
