I assume that you are using Windows, but I don't know what web browser you use.

But let's start with this; open this document http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html

• download the Flash Player uninstaller mentioned in section 1 (save it to disk);
• download the appropriate installer from section 5 (save to disk);
• close all browser windows, then run the downloaded uninstaller, followed by the installer.
