Auto-Select Parameter not working for HSL

Although this feature is a great help, and it works for most every adjustment layer that I've tried it with, I am unable to have it function properly with an HSL layer. I'm running OS 10.6.3. Fortunately, the Auto-Select TAT is working just fine, and is a much appreciated new feature.
