Fireworks entensions

Once you install the extensions how do you find them in the program? I installed wood and floor textures and don't know how to access them in fireworks. I thought it would automatically populate in my windows drop down menu but it does not. I did not find a read me file once the extensions were loaded.

 

I am running web premium CS4 with Vista.
