Missing files and other issues

Hello everyone,

We are in the process of performance testing a 2 piece workflow where a fax server places the received fax into a watched folder endpoint, a process picks it up separates the pages and pushes the single pages to another process for validation.  In order to test the orchestrations, we place 500 pdf files into the input folder.  However, after everything appeared to be processed (CPU usage down to normal and no more files in input folder), we had 446 that were started (including a couple of stalled processes), and 33 were in the failure folder (I'll get to this later).  So we have 21 files missing that appear to have been picked up by livecycle.  However, we can't find them.  Where could we see all of the files that Livecycle has picked up?  We looked in the stage folder and found 100 folders with 5 requests in each (100*5 = 500), but some folders only have 3 or 4 requests in them...where did our requests go?

THe failure folder has brought up some issues as well:

1. ALC-DSC-003-000: TaskCreate could not be made in database

2. javax.transaction.RollbackException (happened on a DDX invoke)

3. Oracle error of: Maximum cursor numbers exceeded

Does anyone know how to resolve any/all of these issues?

Thanks,

Alex

Please make sure the following things are done:

1) get your Oracle DBA to increase the Oracle initialization parameter "open_cursors" by about 1000-2000 for immediate relief.

2) report this to Adobe Enterprise Support for a longer term solution.
