Resizing a paragraph of text with different font sizes?

Jun 12, 2010 12:45 PM

Hi there,

I am creating a restaurant menu which has a lot of different sized text.  Is there a way to mass change the sizes of the fonts all in one go?

For example:

Main Course:  <-- (14pt and bold)

Beef rib-eye  <-- (12pt and italic)

Tender beef rib-eye grilled with red wine sauce  <-- (8pt)

Chicken Curry  <-- (12pt and italic)

Chicken breast in a curry sauce  <-- (8pt)

I'd like to be able to reduce all the lines by 1pt in one go, is there a way to do that?

Many thanks!

On such a project, you should be defining Paragraph Styles as you go. Then it's a simple matter of editing the Style definitions.

    I'm not seeing it.

I want to set a style with (Centered):

    Helvetica 10 point bold

    Helvetica 8 point medium

    Helvetica 8 point medium

    Helvetica 8 point medium

Basically a company name, and address.

But I'm not seeing how it would be done on the Paragraphy Style Options pallet.

This in CS4 (at work), though I have CS6 at home.
