Invalid serial number for Windows

Jul 6, 2010 2:00 PM

Hi, I got Photoshop Elements 7.0 a while ago in the Wacom tablet bundle, and I installed it on my PC. But for some reason, my tablet stopped working on my PC and I wanted to install Photoshop on my laptop instead (which is Windows Vista). When I put in the serial number from the box, it says invalid serial number. I had already put in the serial number for my PC, so does that mean I cannot install it anywhere else? Please help.

Thank you.

No, you can install it on two computers, so that's not it. Are you sure you're entering it correctly and that you have all the digits?

The complete serial number is 24 digits.  The last 4 digits are not displayed on the installed program's start-up screen.
