problem with a jpg export

hello,

I try to export an .ai file into jpg and every time I encounter the same problem, namely, the file is cut off at the bottom and has more space at the top when I view it in Preview or Firefox. Can you help me with that? Why does it happen?

    Depending on your version, you need to set the Artboard/Crop Area/Crop Marks to fit the artwork, and there are different ways to do it.

     

    I apologize if this is trivial knowledge to you.
