Using Dreamweaver

Hi to all there,

 

I am new to Dreamweaver . . I am planning to develope an static website, which may be deployed.  Could you please tell me, whether dreamwever is a open source or do i have to buy it in order to develope a site....Please give me related infomratin regarding this . .

    Dreamweaver is a part of the CS packages.

    You have to buy Dreamweaver - it is not a open source software!
