Premiere CS5 Slow render compared to CS3!

Hi.
Thas whats happenning to me, i have a Core2quad 2.4, 8gb ddr2, geforce gfx 470, 4 discs 7200rpm, this same pc with the cs3 rendered 4 times faster, what the hell is going on?
Besides when i want to export to tape a it doest render & looks awfull so i have to chage settings to soft only mercury engine so it renders all it needs in the timeline exept for simple things like a title, that part is not rendered & when you se it in a tv monitor looks with draft quality.

how can all this be fixed? the same job with cs3 took 4 times less!
