How do i transfer pdf files to my pocket pc?

How do i transfer pdf files to my Pocket PC? i have adobe reader installed on my phone and ready to go, and the instructions say that to transfer a pdf file to my phone all i need to do is drag it from its location on my computer to the storage card folder on my phone. I have done this but i receive an error message saying that it can't be converted. does anyone know how i can get my pdf files to my phone??

    How about just e-mailing them to yourself (your phone)? That should work.

    I have a similar problem: I used to transfer .pdf files between a WinXP laptop and a WM6.1 Samsung Omnia i900, and the converter worked OK. I read the files on the mobile device with Adobe Reader for PPC 2.0 without problems, with correct resizing of the screen . Now I changed my Laptop to a Win7 64bit T410, the files are tranferred with no conversion and the screen reading is messy and very, very somall, with no way to resize it to fit the screen. Can somebody help with advice? Thanks.
