Could not transform PDF file

Hi All,

I am not able to flattened pdf document i.e. interactive pdf to non-interactive pdf.

i am using transform pdf activity for conversion from ouptut services but giving me an error could not transform pdf file.

i am having clustered unix environment where i installed adobe live cycle es2.

Details of error log and screen shot please find in attachments.

Are you able to do this using OutputIVS?  OutputIVS is a sample application Adobe ships with LiveCycle.

Hi Jayan,

Thanks for your reply.

The issue got resolved as server administrator informed me that JMS service engine has shut down and because of this i am not able transform the pdf.

I am not able to login as you provide link to me that http://server:port/OutputIVS.

I am able to login in admin ui with this link http://server:port/adminui/
