How do you post  a new topic (question) in a forum, eg. elements?

I did log in but I don't see a button to post a new topic.

    No, the "post new topic" is NOT showing.

     

    How do I post a new question about spry sub-menus if "post new topic" does not show (I am registered with adobe)

    Hi,

     

    I guess you must have missed adding the "Screen name" in your account information....Just check out your account info and see that you have filled in your screen name..,
