I read over the sdk documentation and watched the nice vlog at http://blogs.adobe.com/cssdk/2010/05/building_creative_suite_5_extensi ons_using_the_creative_suite_sdk_and_flash_builder_4.html but I'm having problems getting any extension to actually load. Once I've created the hello world app and load InDesign the menu name shows in the extension window of InDesign but when I select the helloworld nothing happens.
