Adobe CS4 Web Premium

Have a new computer deactivated CS4 and installed on new computer all went fine until I wanted to install Soundbooth and Contribute CS4.

Fault given is my Lisence key is invalled??

Had this same problem Last year and was able to download the two missing programs and using my key's install no problems.

That is not the case today as on the Adobe website it's all CS5 which I have in my laptop Windows 7 fully fuctional.

Does anyone know of a link anywhere on adobe where I can download Contribute and Soundbooth CS4 to fully utilise this design program.

    Well what a letdown Adobe support has been over

    this issue after 7emails and 1 telephone call it

    would seam Adobe CS4 owners are without any

    technical support whatsoever. Quote from Adobe

    " We only supply links to download CS5

    products not CS4 "

    I am therefore in need of a link for Soundbooth

    CS4 and Contribute CS4 as my DVD's are useless

    and are not worth two cents.

    This will enable me to have the full Design Premium suite

    installed for which I paid for .

    Can anyone help here as Adobe will only support My CS5 product.

    How they can say this is beyond me as you can still but today CS4 from 3rd party vendors.

    Seems like I may also be in teh same boat. I have a copy of CS4 Web Premium and the second CD is not working so I can not get it installed. After 2 hours on the phone with Adobe they very willingly said they would be happy to sell me the upgrade to CS5 to solve my issue.....This is my first experience in dealing with Adobe on an issue like this are they really this shady of a software company?

    If they won't provide you with a download link, they need to send you replacement disks.

    Ask to speak with a supervisor.

    Adobe provides replacement media for only the current shipping version.

    Hello.  I am in the same boat.  Got a new computer and need to reinstall CS4 Web Premium but don't have the discs (they are at my company's HQ but I work from home).  Can you PM me a link to download?  I have the license key already.

    I also am in the same boat and no longer have the installer disc for Adobe CS4 Web Premium and need to reinstall it. Can you please send me a link to download the installer

    I have the same issue. I've been using Adobe CS4 Web Premium and have the key, but I got a new computer and need to install on here. I don't have the discs anymore. Can I receive a link to the Adobe Web Premium CS4 installer download? I plan on upgrading to CS5 too. Thank you.

    I also have the same issue. I spoke to Adobe and they said to post a question here. That this was the place where fellow users could provide a download link as long as I have a product key and I do. Doesn't seem like the people who have posted are getting a response or assistance here.

    I am looking for Web Premium CS4 Extended Version 11 for Windows. When I open my Adobe Photoshop is shows CS4 Extended Version 11. Thank you so much for responding.

    I actually found my discs... and am installing web premium cs4 now... thanks to everyone who responded.

    Okay, it looks like this is as good a place as any to ask, although I'm more concerned with Acrobat than Contribute.  I have a product key for CS4 Web Premium (I know, I know... I keep meaning to upgrade...) for Windows, but it seems that a former employee has absconded with our installation media.  Would it be possible to get some sort of download link from some kind soul for either the full suite, or at least a point in the right direction for the individual components?

    I realize the thread is old, and the software is older, but until I can talk the higher-ups into forking over some funds for an upgrade, I could really use a valid installation source for the CS4 Web Premium for Windows.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
