Rollover images - easier way??

Hi,

 

I am making the index of my new football clubs website and I am doing a similar design to the front of LFC's -

 

http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/

 

Ie the main news in then older news down the side.

 

I have designed this and it works but when I add an older news image I use the image objects>rollover image.

 

This there a CSS coding I can add so I can just insert that image then when I rollover it increases in size say 10%, as this would be easier than saving and making 2 images all the time.
