SiteCatalyst as a Statistic tool for online publications through Indesign CS5?

Does anyone know if it is possible to use Omnitures SiteCatalyst as a tool by getting statistics for an online publication (magazine) made in Indesign CS5?

Earlier this year I went to the danish CS5 release-event where they talked about Omniture as a partner, and that it would be possible and easy to use the catalyst-product when producing and publishing a magazine (E-paper/PDF).
