I went through this myself a couple of months ago.

Unfortunatly not an easy and complete way.

You can look in the Information (Blue "I", upper right side Administrator).  It will list any and all hot fix Jar files applied.  Unfortuntaly only one of the 4 security hot fixes where in the form of a jar file.

For other fixes, you have to look at the hot fix instructions and then check to see if the appropiate file(s) has been updated or not on your file system.
