Web Gallery User Order ...gone?

Im trying to change the Order of the Images to appear in a web gallery to no avail

 

Previously I had managed to perform this task with no problems. This is no longer the case.

 

Im using Lightroom 3.2 on a Mac.

 

How do I fix this issue?

    Are you sure you're working from out of either one of

    • normal collection (not a smart collection)
    • folder with no subfolders
    • folder with subfolders, but with "Show Photos in Subfolders" unchecked?

     

    Any other source will not allow user sort order. I would always recommend using a regular collection as a base for a web gallery.

    As Beat suggests, use a regular collection for the images for your web gallery.  Also, as I recall, work in the Library module to arrange and sequence your images.
