Missing Master Page Option

Hi, would anyone know why the Master Page Usage entry is missing from my FM 9 Format > Page Layout menu?

This version of FM is installed from the tech comm suite (2.0) but that should not make a difference with this feature.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Check out the View> Menus setting. Quick gives a reduced menu set.

Complete shows all menu entries.
