how to reach adobe?

A question for the makers of photoshop elements (whom I can't otherwise reach): I paid for the elements 9 download on mac, I want to scrap it for a new download of elements 6?  will adobe do this?

    If you bought PSE 6 by download, you may just possibly still be able to get it by checking your Adobe store account for a link, but downloads are only available for three years, so when you buy something by download, back it up so that you can reinstall it later on. If you're using windows, choose Save rather than Run and make a backup copy of the file someplace.
