Account Verification Error

I have previously installed Photoshop Express on my iPhone.  When I upgraded to iPhone 4, I received the error "Account Verification.  Oops!  Looks like your e-mail hasn't been verified.  Please check your em-mail to complete your registration.  To resend verification sign into Photoshop.com from a computer.  Thanks!"

 

When I go to Photoshop.com I don't see a place to verify my email.  In addition, my email had previously been verified.  Anyone know a way around this faulty error message?

    Are you sure you ever verified your account? When you sign into your account at www.photoshop.com in a desktop web browser, is the login smooth or do you see the same error advising you to verify your account?  If you do see this error, please click the resend button towards the bottom of the screen.  Then check your email inbox (or junk email filter) for a message from photoshop.com

     

    After you verify your account, you should be able to sign in smoothly and no longer see the error on your iPhone Photoshop Express app.

    Hi Charlie,

     

    It worked that time, thank you very much.  I had to refresh the page to see the error message on the web site, but once I got the correct error message, I was able to resend and verify my email.
