Question About eSignatures & Interactive forms

I have a multipage document that I will be using as an application process and background check for people working on a Christmas project. I want to have an interactive PDF that they can download from a site (mine or eSignatures) fill out and resubmit with their signature. eSignature seems like a perfect fit.

 

I want to upload this application package and have it available for any applicant who applies and wants to access it, fill it out, e-sign it, and return to me.

 

Will eSignatures accecpt a fillable form and then resubmit it back to me once it's signed. I need the entire document in a printable form for record keeping.

 

Is there any additional information I need to know to make this happen through eSignatures.

 

Last question, would there be a way to imbed the e-Signature login into my web site so that once the applicant has reviewed the positions available and wants to apply they can do so without having to leave and find it themselves.
