Android FlashPlayerTrust Location

Jan 28, 2011 9:09 AM

Where does the Android 10.x player look for cfg files that define trusted regions of the filesystem? (Ex: On windows it tends to be: Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\FlashPlayerTrust.)

Can't find this information anywhere. (Sorry if I'm asking a question with an obvious answer.) We are looking to use the flash player to run an app on the file system, but need more than the default permissions.

Thanks in advance!

    Just found it out:

    /data/data/ omedia/Flash_Player/#Security/FlashPlayerTrust/yourfile

I had to manually create the "#Security/FlashPlayerTrust" part of the path.

The name, including the extension, of the file "yourfile" is irrelevant.

Here is an example line of its contents:

And, this is the only way to do so ?
