Hi,
I have an Air application written in AS3 and I want to update it to include new files in application subdirectories and to replace an swf in the application root directory. The problem is that as long as the prior installation directory exists, running the new installer produces the message:
system error has occured
The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author.
I'm pretty new to Air, and may be missing something obvious.
I'd appreciate any information you can share.
