CAN NOT UNINSTALL or INSTALL Version 9

My Distiller is not working because I mistakenly moved the Adobe folder  located on the C: drive to another hard drive to make room.  I since  moved it back but distiller is still not working.

 

"Uninstallation of the patch package is not supported."    This is the message I get when trying uninstall or when I reinstall the original installation file I get the same message after seeing the "preparing to install ... " message at 100%.

 

On another note can I tell Adobe where to put files or do they have to reside on the program files drive or C:/?
