I updated Adobe Story this morning, and now it won't open online or offline. I've cleared my browser's cache, restarted my PC, but nothing seems to work. This is a major problem because I have deadlines for this afternoon, and now I can't access my work.
When you launch the application, do you see the login page, or is it a blank gray page?

Launch any browser(Firefox/IE/Chrome/Safari) and log into your account.
We are investigating the issue and will let you know the update soon.
I only see the blank gray page. I see the same when I try to access Story
from my browser. And no, I wasn't working online the last time. I can't even
find where Story has saved all of my documents. This is a major crisis,
because clients were expecting one of those scripts this afternoon.

I don't actually have time right now to go through the process to fix this.

I also have this problem.
After update, I only have a blank grey page when I use the desktop application. I can access my work online though.
So I unistalled and reinstalled the desktop application, but it is still the same.
Is there a solution to this?
