docstoc- free lets you protect your PDF by no printing copying, downloading and is hosted online. so your recipients have to go to the website.

protectPDF- $2000 a yr. not as good as hosted livecycle.
brainloop- $500 a month
Ensemble shared review- only works if you have a livecycle license $85k
Araloc- enterpise solution, forget price but its very expensive.
Adobe should migrate ACD over to acrobat.com.
