First post on an old thread with nothing more than a link... Looks like a spammer, walks like spammer, quacks like a spammer...

Something very tricky going on with the person whose handle is a URL ending in .ru. See post 8 in this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/857807?tstart=0
Note that the smiley is also a link.

Does announcement of a free (but donation requested) service and publishing of a link qualify as spam?

http://forums.adobe.com/people/pam-ella This person has been posting on this thread: http://forums.adobe.com/thread/852453?tstart=0 (caneck)
In Post#18 which pam-ella just posted a link; My Anti-Virus flagged it as a Trojan fraud website!!!
Another person just after this Post#18 just posted their website. http://forums.adobe.com/people/Vrbops This person just registered so I don't know what this is about.
Thanks,

User's first post, seemingly trying to be helpful, but with a sig that has a link that seems unrelated to the subject material:

Maybe just needs to be warned.

Hi, I must have misread the Forum FAQ's. I understand websites of course, when they pertain to the thread and discussion. I probably should not have said "websites". Promoting personal blogs, I thot that was discouraged on the threads, and that was what the profile was for.
No problem, I'll let personal blogs stand and any websites cited as well.
Thanks,
eidnolb
This thread was started by caneck, 3 sentences in his first post and has never posted another message. All of the rest of the posts were by other users which were about their various issues, not related to his at all. This pam-ella posted the malware website. Then Vrbobs posted his blog website about antiviruses and to whom he was addressing I have no idea as he just had registered.
I do appreciate that you removed the website link that was posted on this thread being discussed, since it was a fraud website that contained a Trojan Downloader.
From now on so there won't be any issues raised, I'll just report Spam and leave the blogs & websites stand with no comment, not a problem.
Thanks,
eidnolb

Still trying to do SEO by making his smiley into a link, though this time he formatted it badly, implying he's frantically doing it all over the place.
