My Animations Are Not Animating

My Newest Animations Are Not Animating.

 

They are running in the timeline but are displaying as static images as animated shockwave files.

 

I appreciate your life saving help.

    can you post the file somewhere so I can take a look at the .fla to see what is wrong?
