Hello,

 

I cant watch it, I just have a white rectangle, without any error message.

I dont know if it is related, but I get a "Une erreur s'est produite pendant le téléchargement de la mise à jour. Erreur n° 16800" while trying to upgrade the Help.

 

"an error occured while downloading the upgrade. Error n° 16800

    Hello, if you mean the AdobeTv website, I would look if Flash player is up to date.

    I have a similar problem. All Adobe TV windows are black. On Chrome on MacBook Pro, Lion OS X. When I check my Flash player, I get this message "

    Your Google Chrome browser already includes Adobe® Flash® Player built-in. Google Chrome will automatically update when new versions of Flash Player are available." I can view Flash movies on other pages.

    So how can I fix this?
