I'm installing the TCS3 Upgrade and am getting errors when trying to install Acrobat X. The install stops with an Exit Code 6 error stating we don't have the 64 bit versions installed, then the Acrobat Payload failure. Any suggestions as to how we can get past this?
Thanks,
Will

Hi,
how do you install TCS3 Upgrade? From DVD or thru a build as an Enterprise Deployment?
However, if Acrobat X Pro or older is installed the setup (or msi) cannot install Acrobat X Pro.
Please deinstall older Acrobat at first.

It was downloaded from the Adobe site. We found it took an uninstall of TCS3, Registry cleaning and fixing, and reinstall of the whole package for Acrobat X Pro to install properly.
