Pre 9 - Text Animation

Apr 24, 2011 6:47 PM

In Timeline, sometimes the "apply" button is available when I want to apply text animation and other times it is not.  How can I determine when a text animation option is available and when it is not.  Sometime the "apply" button is available and some times it is not.  Not sure when I can "apply" text animation to selected text.

Thanks

In order to apply a text animation you must:

    1) Be in the Titler workspace

    2) You must have your text selected

    3) Your text must not be more than one line line.

If you have more than one line of Text, then you can either do separate, one-line Tiles and apply the animation, or create a multi-line Title, and manually Keyframe the fixed Effects>Motion>Position, or other.

Which animation did you wish to apply?

    Good luck,

Well, there is not really a way to "group" Titles, but if you place one, above the other, in Timeline View Mode, they will appear, as if together.

    Good luck,

    Snipe,

    Welcome to the forum.

I would strongly suggest that you post a separate thread, as your problem is not similar to this one.

Please furnish as much info, as is possible. See this ARTICLE for some tips.

    Good luck,

    Hunt
