I can't figure out how to get comments to print continuosly rather than one comment per page. I have a 30 page PDF with comments on each page. I don't want to print out 30 pages. I just want them to print on x pages as if it were a word doc. Most comments are short. Printing one minor edit per page is driving me nuts.
Steve: I couldn't find the thread. Search is useless on these forums. I usually use google and link back. Also, the advice is wrong. Every option I select prints all 16 pages of the PDF. I want all the comment on a page or two which is all the pages it needs.
Each comment prints on it's own page. So if page 3 has 4 comments, I get 4 separate pages with stuff like: 3rd line, remove Marge Snow. A huge waste of paper. I told the client to NEVER use comments on a multi-page document again and please send us a text file with edits. Useless function.
