How to track clicked ?

How can I created an advertisement in flash where the server can track the number of clicks from the web user ?

 

Is there a special code I should put in the files ?

    Search Google using "clickTag" and you should find some useful information.

    It says it should not be used with CS 3 is it true ? This is ActionScript 2.0 code. Do not export your SWF file for Flash 10 or use ActionScript 3.0 at this time! The current generation of browsers have compatability problems with the new Flash security model, which prevents the clickTAG from working properly when utilizing them.

    I don't know.  I've never worked with clickTag myself beyond helping people here get it working.  I have seen people create AS3 versions for it, but more often it comes up in the AS2 forum since more often clients provide the code that is needed because it is given to them by whoever is allowing them to place an ad... the designers just don't know how to include it in a Flash design so they end up in these forums.

    Have the communicaiton from flash to php and php will update the data in the sql database.
